I have followed this method above and un...Hi John,<br /><br />I have followed this method above and unforunately when i do a refresh it does refresh the planning cache but doesn't update the member name in essbase. it creates a new member after i do a second refresh - however this means that i lose data. It works when i restart the planning web service and then do a refresh but this isn't really possible to apply to a production envionment.
